Some simulations use additional modules. If a module is scheduled, the simulation Dashboard will tell you the round it is set to begin and provide a link to complete documentation.

The HR (Human Resources) and TQM (Total Quality Management)/Sustainability modules described here are frequently enabled. HR and TQM decisions are used by the Balanced Scorecard, which is one of the simulation assessment methods (see Chapter 11).
