  Modules We offered less to workers than our competition, yet our negotiated settlement is higher. Why?

If your Negotiation Ceiling is below Labor’s Demand, you will settle halfway between your Ceiling and their Demand. Your competitions’ Negotiation Ceiling was above Labor’s Demand, and they settled halfway between their Starting Position and Labor's Demand, hence their wage rate is lower.
