Check to see if your product stocked out. If you did not stock out, chances are your product was moved during the year. Compare your December Customer Survey scores (published in the Segment Analyses of the Courier). If your score is higher than your competitor's, you outsold them during December and you have an advantage going into next year. Now check the Revision Date. If you revised your product late in the year, during the early part of the year your product was at a disadvantage.
