  Website/Spreadsheets I registered for the wrong Industry ID

 

If you need to complete work for your class immediately, return to the www.capsim.com homepage and register in the proper Industry. You can then contact us via the support system or by telephone to arrange a refund for the original registration.

If you can wait till the next day, please submit a support ticket from your current Industry login and we will make the transfer as quickly as possible. Be sure to include the Industry ID into which you need to transfer. Please note that the costs of some Industries differ depending on materials the professor has chosen for the course.

If you request an Industry with a different cost we will refund your money and ask you to register again.
