You will be confronted with an issue that includes making a value judgement. The issue will be presented in a series of emails, memos or faxes. If you are working as a team, everyone might see the situation in a slightly different way. Your company must come to a consensus.
By definition, a consensus is always one greater than half of a group. If a group has four members, three must agree (4/2 + 1 = 3) If a group has five members, the consensus is still three (5/2 + 1 = 3.5 -- the 3.5 is rounded down to 3).
If a consensus is not reached, the default "Do Nothing" answer will be used as your response.
